| There is a quick release but it doesn't do anything because the vest adjusts with velcro. | |

| So the vest has a non functional quick release? Hmm....
Another question for you. This may sound kind of stupid, but is it a pretty hot rig to wear on the field? I'd imagine so since it looks like the inside of the vest is just nylon or whatever rather than vented mesh. The reason why I'm asking is because I'm interested in getting this to wear over an already really hot rig. | |

| Well I had a black BDU on over a t-shirt with this vest on in about 90 degree weather and it was making me sweat like crazy to run. So I would say it's hot. | |
