| Hey guy´s, I´m actualy a bit surprised Thought for sure I would be at the top of most members Hit List. It´s your call and I appreciate the support but my Vote went to Sticks13, and if I could I would have voted for all the MODS and ADMIN, this is the combined work from many and I have to admit that without the other MODS, thier area of expertise, knowledge base, overall and specific areas of interest, this Forum would be Dead. It is not just the Mods that make this place so enjoyable, it is also the Members, some of you have some Major Issues, that make visiting and working as a MOD in the Forum so much fun, also the support from so many that make it easy to do this job. Thanks for the recognition but there are many more, and some more deserving than me. Sticks, your still the `` Man ´´ in my book. @D-T, just because you missed the competition, may I present..... | Well I voted for M14, yeah I know all the other mods can hate me for that. Main reason was I have known him for the entire time I have been on the forum and he was really helpful. I do like Slob though your a great guy and really help the forum, you are always really helpful. AFU is yet another of my favorite mods same reasons apply.
And sticks well sorry your just I don't really know not one of my favorite members you have a lot of great information to share you usually know what your talking about you always try to help. Just I personally don't think you post enough, your on a lot but you hardly post.
To all mods, I have noticed after becoming a mod that you guys really don't post that often which is kind of a shame M14 used to always post before he became a mod. I just feel as mods tend to feel better then other members so they troll the forum not really posting just locking threads and stuff. The other thing I have to say is you guys don't look at a lot of posts for the amount of time you spend on the site. I can honestly say I look at every single post when I get on and before I get off I see a lot of thread lock requests that haven't been granted it's just some tips I have to say maybe look at the forums and posts a little more I know everybody has a different life some hectic then others but maybe you guys should get together and come up with a plan and post.
I'm thinking have like one mod do thread locks, have another do deletions and have a few skim through the forums to help edit posts and contribute. I'm not saying the thread locker and deleter can't post but I am thinking maybe post who does what jobs so members can just shoot a PM to the mod that does a job this will save you guys time on having to look through the whole site to find threads that need locked. Mods that get on all the time should be the main people who delete/lock threads, then more casual mods should be the skimmers. This can also help new members that request these things I would sticky the post in a few places if you do this.

| WHOAH Slob, beautiful girl. Nice work, man. Kinda funny though....that's the exact same necklace I got my girlfriend on our one-year Anniversary Coincidence? I think not EDIT: Thanks L.S. But I think my becoming a Mod and lack of posting were just a coincidence; I was awarded the honor when my first year of Highschool was really starting to pick up. Now, with a job, Hockey starting up, and a Needy GF of almost two years, I'm quite a busy bee. So I honestley get on as much as I can, which unfortunately is usualy 12am-3am | |

| @Lonesniper24 Actually I agree. I'm trying to make it a habit to check all new post when I log in, and I am also trying to skim through unanswered post and find answers to them, but I still agree.
And I think I'll add to my goal and try to make some good post more often.
But for thread delete/move/other request, I personally suggesting PMing me, I can't move everything due to the nature of the board, but those that I can't moderator I usually send to Slob212.

| Yep I agree as well. And honestly, I see a lot of those Thread Lock Requests, Posts in the wrong areas and such, but there's nothing I can do because like AFU, I don't Moderate ALL sections of the forum. Just some. | |

| Yeah, I must admit that I neglected to vote too. I'm turn between voting for slob or sticks, they are both great moderators and they are both great guys. Would it seem pretentious if I voted for myself lol. - Quote :

| @lonesniper24 I agree and disagree with your post and here are the reasons why, It may be that the MODs do tend to drop off with posting or starting new threads, and I think it may have a bit to do with going through the Forum, checking, rechecking, sending off PM´s, settling differences and trying to maintain the atmosphere that has made this Forum a success. Personaly, from my side, If I went and locked all the threads that various members have requested be closed, the Archievs would be full of Re-Posts, Double/Triple/Quadruple reviving of the same Topics. I tend to Delete/Lock Topics that are either Abusive, Insulting or the Horse has been beaten so much it looks like Alpo , and unless the Thread Starter requests a close, I tend to leave them open ( even more so when I´m waiting for somebody to pull out the little richard, and stomp all over it with golf cletes on ). For my lack of posting, I think that there are more than enough qualified Members offering solid information, advice and tips, that having me re-say the same thing is not only a waste of space, but also time. I have watched many a Memebr here grow from the Terrified Techie ( scared to death of GB teardown ), to competent New Smiths and Home Testers. Am I guilty of just breezing the Forum ?? You bet I am ! I scan the Topics and Threads that post the most Danger to the AS Player, especialy when it comes to tuning, upgrades, DYI Mods and so on. None of us like to toss money out the window, and nothing harms the Forum more than Mis-Information, BS, or outright lies, and I will jump all over the offender and stick to them like white on rice, and if they continue we all know what happens. In my defense, there are many members here ( not just Mods ), that take the minute or two, to drop me a PM, informing me about this or that, and when justified I take action, and when time permits return the PM explaining why I have done nothing. ( Again I Thank the truely Dedicated, you know who you are ). Starting the middle of march all the way to the end of october, this is my AS `` High ´´ season, and I try to balance my time between, Gun Repair, Gun Testing, Gun Construction, Forum, Event Planning, Event Participation, Work, Family, Friends, Vacation and the 100 other distractions that take up my time ( and with the possible purchase of a new playing field, it is going to get worse ). I have said it before, and I will say it again, `` If you have a problem, question, something or somebody getting on your nerves, Please, Please, Please, Send myself or another MOD a PM, we will take action or give you an explanination why not. ´´ We are here to work With and For the Forum, but we are also AS Players, and sometimes, `` Time´´ is in Short Supply and things do get neglected. | |

Yes I do understand you guys have lives and what not I just think the mods should get together and make an informational post saying what mods can do what. such as m14 having limited accsess to some thing and slob having more to help everybody out.
so the petty things can go to lower mods while larger things can go to higher mods you know what I'm saying?

so the petty things can go to lower mods while larger things can go to higher mods you know what I'm saying? I can take care of that right now, actually. M14 and I are lv 1 moderators, and if you check each board it will tell you which lv of a moderator has power of that board. Sticks and Slob, and Admin are lv 2 moderators, they should have access to all the boards. So if you are so inclined, you can check the board and see which moderator is the best to PM. Or just PM me, if I have access, I'll do my best to handle the problem. If not I'll either alert you, or will alert Slob or Sticks myself. I have all PMs sent to my e-mail, and I can now access the boards by phone, I think. . . so at the least, I should be able to PM another Moderator if I am away. If needed, I'll formulate that into a better paragraph and sticky it later. But for now I think that should do. ~AFU.
