| I just got my KSC Glock 26 and it is working pretty well . Only problem that I am having is that the mag release is a bit tight (anyone know why?) But anyways, this glock is going to be a project, and never going to be skirmished with. I am going to start with a metal slide/barrel, then a Clipdraw, then a Crimson trace (or crimson trace replica), and a hogue grip (custom to be out of the way of the crimson trace). If anybody has any other ideas of what to add, go ahead and recommend. On an unrelated note, I am going to go on base and purchase a set of Navy NWUs (google if you don't know) for my collection. THANKS FOR LOOKING!

| That is one sexy beast. I am a sucker for those compact Glocks.
Ever think of putting a Crimson Trace grip on there? I have one on my 1911 and it really makes the firearm shine.
Looks great. I call dibs if you decide to sell it ever!

The gun seems about like the other glocks (comparing two in my hand at the moment), which is incredible quality. I have not, and do not plan on shooting it for a while, as it is a project gun. My other glock is for skirmishing. A clipdraw is next on the list of what to get for my 26. Anyone know how to get the orange tip off?

| erm try to take tome needle nose pliers and pull it off if its seperate.
If its not and the tip is metal to take some finger nail polish remover and put it on the tip

It's plastic. I need it off to disassemble the gun. Haha...

| Quick question for you though. Have you tried putting a blow dryer on it for a few minutes? Or putting it in hot water? | |

Nope. I'll try the water one right now, though. I will reply in 5 minutes, don't make me double post

Your wish is my command! Sno, I'd suggest removing the outer barrel from the slide and then taking out the inner barrel.

Your wish is my command! Didn't work, comrade. And I don't wanna screw up the barrel until my other metal slide/barrel comes (long story). I'll try it then.

| I'm assuming the orange tip is glued on. Is this correct? | |

Probably. It's like the WE 1911 orange tips, if you can relate.

| Cover all parts but the tip with tape/paper/etc...spray/pour the tip heavily with nail polish remover...this will cause the plastic to warp, making it easily broken/pulled off. It shouldn't damage the metal, but cover it anyway just to be safe.
And put a cotton ball or something in the barrel so you don\'t get crap leaking down into your internals...

| The trick is to not let the remover touch the plastic for more than a few seconds or you'll have soup. | |

| Got another question. I found THIS, and it is made for the glock 17. I would need to cut a new hole (haha) to make it fit on the glock 26. Can anyone confirm this or give me a better way to make it fit on the glock 26? Someone told me that I would not even need to rip it a new hole, but it would actually fit anyways, just hanging down close to the bottom a little bit. About 61.243% down THIS PAGE is a guy who did it to his TM Glock 26. Looks great in my opinion. Thanks for your help, and sorry for all of the sexual innuendos. | |
