personal preferance id use the hog because it m4 mag pouches are easier to find

Generally, out of any options, my vote goes towards the M4 because it is a very versatile platform with like, over 9000 accessories and parts. With the UMP it might be hard to find external parts, modifications that could work, batteries that will fit, etc etc.

Don't go making any decisions from one opinion though

I agree with Drummer on all accounts.

You have so many more options with the hog...plus a baseline performance that the UMP cannot match.

I'm going to go out of the box and suggest the UMP. Very original, you won't be among the hundreds of other people with an M4 varient...like myself
They also have very hi-cap mags, and G&G is a solid company. Just food for thought, so you now have both sides to look at.
