I want to know which spring I should get to downgrade my AEG to under 350FPS.

Not really. Unless his gun has a very short barrel and bad compression, most M110 springs shoot above 350.

My TM P90 with a M110 spring is shooting around 380 FPS after many years of use.

What is the model and brand of your gun?
