| So from the many posts I have made most of you probably know I have the G&G GR16 R4, but I'm really getting into airsoft and am starting to go with actual airsoft teams like UCA or BTA. I feel I will get whooped if I go against these people so should I just upgrade my gun, or get a whole new gun like TM or something expensive? This is just for future referance so I don't have to waste money, I want a gun I will be happy with for a really long time. | |

| Sorry I forgot to mention what type of gun I want (duh) if I'm getting a new one. I want a gun with long range, high ROF, and hi-capa mag. | |

| stay with the G&G there good guns all around don't go out thinking expenisve guns would be better (TM is too expensive for plastic) so i say do stuff to your G&G if you want longrange get a TBB, new bucking, and a hop up spacer | |

| PLASTIC IS BETTER THAN METAL 99% OF THE TIME. I ONLY HAVE METAL GUNS BECAUSE I AM ON A MILSIM TEAM!! IF YOU WANT A GUN THAT WILL BE LIGHT, FAST, FLEXIBLE, AND PLENTY REALISTIC ENOUGH- GO PLASTIC. IF YOU WANT A GUN THAT IS HEAVY, NON-FLEXIBLE, COLD, AND A LITTLE MORE REALISTIC, GO WITH METAL. that is the end of my rant. But TM is an amazing company, and their internals are hard to beat. The prices for their guns are cheap for what you are getting. | |

| It's not the gun, it's the player...and then his gun. Hehe. Just upgrade. Saves money and trouble Your requirements (long range, high ROF, high cap mag) can ALL be sufficed by upgrading any AEG. 6.01 tightbore + Polar Star concave spacer or Echo 1 "H" spacer. If you want a little more points towards range & accuracy you can slap on a Madbull "suppressor" and a longer 6.01 TBB. For a faster cycle rate upgrade your motor to a higher power (TM EG1000) and get a 9.6v battery. Might need to get a stronger pinion gear on the motor and steel gears for the mechbox. Kinda funny you required a hi-cap mag. http://www.airsoftgi.com/product_info.php?products_id=6998or http://weaponblender.com/index.php?productID=501 | |

My bad... I tried to say something but it didn't come out that's what she said~ booom! haha anywho i would say go with upgrading your gun. I think TM's are great, but since you already have a gun as it is, it would be much cheaper to just upgrade and customize it to your liking. | |
