Cybergun=CYMA?

I'm just wondering if this is the same gun, just with different companies.

If not, could you tell me the difference between them?

Cybergun takes guns and rebrands them, sometimes throwing some licensed trademarks on. Cybergun takes things from CYMA, KJW, etc. And sometimes they are just hired for licensing for trademarks. Same thing with Umarex. They work with ARES, VFC, to build the guns and then get copyrights from H&K to slap on some nice trades.

So it is safe to say that this is the same gun?
