| Every card, one after another till the bottom of the deck is reached, Shuffle them real good, Later you can adjust the work-out to fit your needs. physical fitness lvl, stamina ect........ The trick is to get a good balance. - Quote :

Your going to learn to hate those freaking playing cards, LOL ) oh my gosh! my cousin and sister and I split the deck three ways this last saturday and did them. today is wednesday and i still have one thing to say: OOOWWWWWW!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! however, over the next few months I will work my way up to a full deck. I think I am going to substitute pullups for flutter kicks on the jokers though, cause my abs are already in pretty good shape. | |
