HELP!!!!! I think my guns going to explode!!!

Im having a problem with my m4................It works fine except for the fact that the battery fuse and motor get REALLY hot! can anyone help me please!?

Are you holding it on auto too long?

Have you modified the gun at all ?, Gear Change, Rewired, Internal Upgrades.

You may have to much resistance on the Motor, Adjust Motor Height.

Like Gentry said, if you are pulling some really long Ratta Tat Tats, you are overloading the system.

What size Battery are you Running on what kind of gun ??

Have you tried blowing on it?



The battery getting hot is coming from increased resistance or a short. Any exposed wires anywhere? Fuse still good? Motor locked up or shorted out?

I hardly fire on auto for more than 3 round bursts and the wiring it fine theres rubber insulation on all the wires. It is taking alot longer to cycle the gears though...do you think i might just need a higher tourque motor?

Upgrading your motor would probably help

I fixed it! anyways i got i new motor and that helped but it still got hot so i disasembled it. turns out there was a short. there was a tiny cut in the wires. A little electric tape and BAM!! its as good as new! thanks guys!

Whoever stole my M4 is going to have this problem...I had done some quick re-wiring in the past and in the past month or two months before it was stolen I noticed it geting hot as well.

lol... they thought that they got off scott free.
