| I've had to do this for lacrosse conditioning and I was wondering if any of you guys have had to do this for a sport or something. It's pretty cool, at least the idea is, after running it for a while it doesn't get so fun haha. | |

Yeah I heard about that. Public works employees storming the capitol building over cuts or something. Fun fun. | |

| Oh yeah it's great around here. Actually, the Madison school district didnt even have school today, haha (too bad I had school. Wrong district... ) Otherwise, the Beep/Bleep test (We know it as the Pacer test) Really, really sucks. I usually go around 80, which is close to two miles. Basically, it just tests your speed and endurance. The regular length is the length of a basketball coart. It starts out at a jogging speed, but by 50 your running, another 20, and it feels like your sprinting. Not too fun of a test. | |

| I think the pacer is different because there are 21 levels for the beep test, each of which last around 62 seconds. | |
