Haha, I live near their stores, and they'll do anything for a quick buy for noobs, they hold great gear though, and their online staff is awesome, just the walk-in guys are jerks. Just my input

I've had great experience with their online staff. Pointed out an incorrect "feature" on one of their listings and they corrected it immediately, then offered a discount hahah. Didn't take their offer because I didn't need the item, but was nice anyway!

Ya, as I said before their online staff is awesome, just there walk in staff isn't so great
