The best kind of oil to use on the internals of your gun is one that is Silicon or Teflon based,
3in1 is to thin, and won´t last long.

White lithium, bicycle lube, works too. It also has a silicone base

Silcone based oils, organic based oils can damage rubber etc.

correct, but on the gears or bushings, nothing is better than a silicon based lubricant.

The 3 in 1 lube works great with my boyfriend, but I don't know how good it works on guns. cheers
