| What is your opinion on Crossman guns? I owned a cheap one once and it broke (way back in the day). And I was thinking of a gift package for someone on christmas that has two crossman guns, but are they worth it, or will they break eventually? | |

| It's probblay not if, but when. My friend had one and it broke rather quickly. If your just trying to get someone into airsoft I guess its alright though. | |

| Crosman is a bad idea, they are more like toys. I would get one for him/her if the person is under age for a real airsoft gun. | |

| I didn't really state what I was trying to say that well. I ment if there younger, and your not dropping much money then it would be ok. If its a 100$ package, then buy a better brand. | |

| Crossman is out then. This guy is already interested in airsoft, and has a TSD M14. I wanted to get him a pistol for christmas though. What do you guys think of this: KJW 1911 Metal CO2 Airsoft Blowback Gun: Found at: http://www.airsplat.com/Items/GP-KJW-1911-CO2.htm | |

| don't like it because you HAVE to use Co2. IMO a Co2 pistol isn't worth it because the FPS is often to high to use in a CQB situation.
Try a KSC/KWA 1911 or even a TM hicappa/1911.

| Ya you would have to get a low flow valve or if it is adjustable then set it low. | |

| Crosman is a joke in the serious airsofting world . We use their bb's for mortars and custom grenades and stuff but for nothing more , again they are just a joke . | |

| I see that, and I know what it looks like internally/externally and it is a pos. Several of these guns have improperly shimmed mechboxes, not to mention nylon-poly bushings which are known to have a short life span. Honestly you could have bought a better gun for the price, again why I never reccomend crossman. That site btw is epic phail. They specialize in selling pellet air-guns not airsoft. I would try these sites that specifically carrry higher end airsofting equipment with a knowledgeable staff. www.airsoftgi.comwww.airsoftatlanta.comwww.shortyusa.comwww.airsoftextreme.comNever order from airsplat, hobbytron, and speedytoys. If you have any more questions please feel free to posts. And welcome to the forums. | |

| Yeah it would be in your favor not to buy from Crosman unless you want to completely replace the sims gearbox inner barrel spring outer barrel body and sites of course by then you will have completely made yourself a new airsoft gun . Try Echo 1 or DBoys for a better gun but pretty cheap prices . I may even go with a JG if I were you . JG Echo 1 and Dboys are not the only good and decent airsoft gun makers out there for less money but they deffinately are some of the best . I preffer Echo 1 myself . Also try out this site our team A.A.E. buys most all of our stuff from this website right here . www.airsoftgi.com | |

| No actually I do not think that they are worth it . Mainly because they are heavy and cumbersome . Do you remember when ever the airsoft flamethrower was introduced it was mainly just used for looks and wasn't really effective on the battle field . Personally I belevie that this will be how the airsoft minigun will be . I do not reccomend this gun to anyone it will burn bbs faster than you can buy them burn energy faster than you can charge it and where is the practical use . By the way next time start a new thread whenever you go to ask another question please . | |

| airsoftmegastore.com is also good
Well if your looking to save up that much for a really good gun get a systema. Or you can buy a high end maker like KWA< CA, SRC, or ICS.
Start a new thread and we can help you find a gun that best matches your preffered style and stance. | |
