| My bro has a crossman R71 (don't ask why, I thought he was set with his vector arms AK74), But he cannot find out where the battery is, and he is really frustrated . I figure that I might ask you guys before he explodes . So, do any of you know how to get to the battery on a crossman Pulse R71? | |

| My son uses one of these. The magazine is the battery. I don't think they're sold anywhere. | |

| I know LOL. I guess He got it cause his AK might be shooting a little too hot for CQB (425 Fps). however, even for CQC, I would never go to an event with an R71 cuz they would laugh at me ! | |

| All the airsofters in my group started out with Crosmans, and the younger ones still use them. Most of the adults who still use them refuse to play with those of us with our Echo 1's and TM's.
After using my Echo 1 SOCOM16, I'd almost rather blow ammo through a straw then to use an R71. I keep my old Night Prowler around to though to skirmish with those who only have Crosmans just to keep them involved (two lost their jobs last fall and can't afford upgrades). The Night Prowler is a horribly inaccurate, hopper fed atrocity, but it's still superior in fps, range, and accuracy over the R71.
The whole battery issue really hacked me off since my son can only have one charge per game, and then he's out when the rest of use are going strong. Crosman really screwed that design up bad. | |

| honestly I think if you lipo that gun the spring, piston, and bits of gears would shoot out of the barrel instead of BBs. the gun would spew its guts out! | |
