"Active Shooter" Training Handgun (Suggestions Needed)

Possibly out of place in this section. If so, don''t think twice about moving it mods.

Ok so I need a non-blowback or blowback gas handgun for law enforcement "active shooter" training.
I really don''t care about performance, since I wont be firing live BB's. And durability and all that isn''t a need.
I need something that'll be relatively noisy, be full metal or close to real weight, and preferable a Glock, M9, or 1911.
My budget is $60 (station equipment allowance)
I just don''t want to be using my $150 Hi-Capa for training, so I need a cheap one.

get a tsd, I have a tsd 1911, and it jams sooo much, you wont even want to fire bbs out of it, and it is noisy. It is non blowback and plastic, but it has a hefty weight. You can''t go wrong for 40 bucks.
