| I'm thinking about using some kind of high density foam for the body of the AT-4...for weight and practicality.
About how much would it cost for me to have it molded and formed?
Where?
Do you think its possible to get my hands on a dummy/inert AT-4 to have molded? | |

| If I was you I would buy some PVC pipe thats near the same diameter as a real AT4 the carve the ends to the likeness of the RS ones then your done cause foam nomatter what quality wont last because its FOAM! | |

| I may suggest trying to for a large long block out of insulation board and the using a hotknife to shapem hot knives are epically goddly. | |

Isn't hard foam really expensive? I don't know much about it, but I thought that stuff was costly...
You can't just use PVC plumbing and add fake weight to it? haha Well I'm using ABS piping for the actual barrel...but that'd look so dumb just by itself. The foam will just be an outer shell. The "aesthetic" part that makes it look like an AT-4 rather than...an ABS pipe...lol | |
