I'll gladly link this to family in NorCal, my father's cousin's children (...what does that make me?) are always up for a skirm. They're 16, 19, and 24 and have their own transportation. Or is this an unorganized team that you're just making?

No, they'd all be his third cousins. If his dad had another cousin he/she would be his second cousin as well.
