Is it time to let go of squad leader

Ok i have been a SL or TL for the past two years my records show in skirmishes 40-6(and no im not bragging). But I want to become a demo/grendier. Yes i like being TL esp. of a team that i started. But i cannot play as much as i use to. Maybe 2-3 times a month. My theory of battle was "if your a 4-man team make the other bastards think your a 400-man team". I would like a exp. airsofter to answer to question one is a SL or TL w/e it may be.

If you want to drop out of the position, why not. First ask yourself the following,

1, Are you ready to listen to somebody else ?
2, Will you support them in their Ideas and tactics, even if you think they are wrong ?
3, Can you take instructions just as well as you give them ?
4, You share the glory in victory, are you ready to share the responsability in Defeat ?

If you can answer Yes then take the step back and let somebody else give it a shot.

try out a one month test period, let someone else try as a false test, and when you are done, make a decision to whether you want to stay this way or not.
