keeping in shape

hey as we all know airsoft is a very demanding sport so i was just wondering how everyone keeps in shape here is my list
High school wrestling team
lifting weights
football with friends
and of coarse airsoft

I play soccer so that really helps and I sometimes lift weights, and like the rest of us airsoft.

Weights, tennis, and I'm doing swimming conditioning. I might swim but I doubt it.

Gym, swimming (i'm a part time lifeguard as one of my jobs) plus basketball.... That's about it. Pretty tiring with just those anyway!

I keep fit by playing soccer, basketball, airsoft, and football with my friends.

Wieght lifting , Baseball , running , and other calisthetics , jumping boxes and so on .

lol well i just learned my mom is going to sign me up for boxing finally so thats one more thing i will be doing.

I run two miles a day
play foot ball
gym at school (not long though)
and just do random things like push ups and stuff.

Musclular arms are needed , as it stamina , and endurance when it comes to airsoft , but different positions in airsoft require different skills . In my case , snipers need a pair of steady arms , two keen eyes , and a deep concentration and pacients that only a sniper can aquire .

lol for what im going to be a support gunner/ anything else that is needed i need all of the skills such as steadiness strength stamina and anything you could think of lol.

Adrenaline can help you with the stamina and endurance. Plus A_S I completely agree with what a sniper needs with keeping in shape but they also need to be able to sprint very fast if their position is spotted.

Weights, and half-mile block x about 6-7

Its not just for airsoft...for the ladies...you know.

I can run pretty fast due to school , and running from jealous boyfriends . Lol , .

Now thats whnat gives airsoft a bad name , but running , reguargless from who , is a good way to get in shape , none-the-less .

Well exersise is good for anybody no matter what the hobby .

LOL no I don't run from the cops haha yeah running from your mother is also I good thing to do.

I put my airsoft skills to good use this October by rolling yards .
