| does anyone know what the fps on a G&G pm5 a4 is with a .28 or a .3 bb. Because im looking at a indoor arena and the max fps is 300, and my gun shoots 360 with .2s. little help??? | |

| They test FPS with .2 FYI. I would use a weaker spring. Be a heck lot cheaper than using heavier ammo for much more. | |

| You need to switch out the springs. Really we should be measuring by Joules not FPS. 300FPS is measured with ,2G BB's. So you will still be shooting 360FPS of energy with .3.
If you downgrade the spring to a stock CA you should be getting in the 300FPS range, which has some pretty good range.

| If you are going to use a velocity reducer make sure the event/game host is OK with you using one, also some people have had bad accuracy at range with the velocity reducers but you probably wont have to worry about that.

| Velocity reducers don't work too well. Since you will be downgrading your spring I would also recommend finding a split halve ICS V.2 mechbox for the MP5 that way you can remove the spring without disassembling your gear set every time. | |
