| I don't know about "cheap" ww2 helmets. get a ww2 helmet with like a bullet hole in it so you look "scary or whatnot" i got one for $20 with a bullet hole and everyone liked it for some reason. and then i had a ghillie suit for awhile until i got sick of it and then i bought the ww2 helmet. I still don't use it as well as i used to because of the reduction of my airsofting now i go to school @ state of Columbus community college. so i do it whenever i can. | |

| yeah, Tank. always works! i keep 'em in an old Vietnam-era weapons-cleaning fluid bottle to go with my helmet's Vietnam look. anyways, back on topic; Hazmat, just read that there's a slight difference between WWII-era steel pots and Korea-onward helmets. something to do with slight difference in the front rim above the eyes. but if you're doing reenactments or whatever, just buy a modern repro. they're a heckuva lot cheaper and nobody's going to be able to tell whether it's WWII-era or not. | |
