| i usually have the breakfast of champions(#5 on the mcdonalds breakfast menu), during the game its 2-3 bottles of water, 1 gatorade, and 2-5 cliff bars (energy bars). during lunch i usually dont like to eat any meals unless it is something like a sub or something of the equivielent. if i have cheese burgers then i usually throw them up later on the field somewhere (not purposefully of coarse) because my body is too tired to digest them. so pretty much after the mac shaq visit i try to eat helthy.

| no i just thought it was funny for some reason. I still do. I can imaging somebody strategically puking up there lunch like land mines lol
Okay to add to the topic in a constructive way. I know you said before, but here goes. A couple of us Jugg-r-knots like to go to Dairy Queen after every practice... It was awsome this last time b/c in our small town all of the church goers eat at DQ in the evening. Well, here is 2 of my best friends and myself in full camo (real tree, multicam, and woodland) eating at DQ. We turned some heads thats for sure.

| At an all day event, such as Blind Fury... I eat about 4 granola bars, couple beef jerky sticks, if I get hit I bust out the gummie bears though (luckily that doesnt happend to often) and I drink about 4 bottles of water, 2 gatorades and whatever else I can get my hands on to keep me from passing out. After I play, I enjoy a good meal filled with carbs such as Spaghetti and meatballs or Lasagna. If it is just practice with the Juggernauts, I normally eat a pretty good breakfast: 2 eggs, toast, and a glass of milk. Then after the game I just run through McDonalds or DQ and get some junk food. | |

| IDK, whatever fast-food place on the way. Or pizza @ the parking lot.
I try not to eat before a game. If I do eat it will only be during large all-day events and it will be in snack portion instead of carrying around a full meal. the snacks allow me to keep going w/o cramping up.

| Well I'm in love with MRE's and freeze dried backpackers food. They are AWSOME for long operations during the winter and in cold spells. Nothing like mixing up a hot, steamy, delicious lunch in a matter of minutes!
For day-events and small operations: Energy bars. Lots of water. Dried fruit. Water. Granola. Water. Jerky. Water. Powdered gatorade. ...did I mention water? Keeping hydrated is your NUMBER 1 priority.

For day-events and small operations, I eat a couple energy bars, lots of water, and all the little kiddies that come along with crossman springer pistols again... "Snack-sized protions"
