Anything Latino in origin, especially foods from Ecuador and El Salvador.... I practically grew up around classic Italian foods. I don't know if I could hate any Italian dish that is prepared correctly, the problem is 90% of non Italians cannot make any Italian food well besides a basic pasta/Marinara combo.... All the stuff above and warm french bread/rolls/crescents. I think that is it...

anything with jalapenos or habaneros in it. i will eat both gladly, and i put jalapenos on just about everything.

For me befor an op, sitting in my bunker with my team, have a fire going and cooking about 5 cans of chunky hormel canned chiilly with beans over the fire and filling up on it. Its so great.

ah, you should check out Stag chili. so much better. i used to eat hormel all the time, but Stag is way better. get the Dynamit Hot, though

Beef and game. for big game i like deer and moose. birds,wild turkey is good as long as you fry it. partridge is good sauteed in onions with loads of butter and salt. ribs, Fillet Mignon

really BBQ and game always with potatoes. always.

I got this REALLY good duck recipe from a teacher of mine who every friday gave us a game animal. IT WAS AWE....... I am crying just thinking about it WHY WHY DON'T I GET DUCK AGAIN?!?

i had a buffalo burger the other night. so much better than beef.

actually, i have put honey on jalapeno slices.
and i've eaten caramel fries. they taste good.

and others I can't think of right now. I have some pretty cultured tastes.

aw, man, aveenvp, you have not lived until you get some good new mexican food. chile rellenos, burritos, tacos, chimichangas, sopapillas, all that good stuff. yum.

Jarhead, I have had good mexican food, and not tex mex either. While spending a week in Yucutan, mexico, I was in a fishing village with some very talented chefs. we ate gourmet all week. Delicious.

no, i don't doubt you, but i'm just saying, compared to new mexican food, mexican food is bland. we use a lot of spices and peppers.
