Favorite Meal or Food

Okay guys, since I was cluttering SnoSnipe's thread, let's bring the discussion here. What are you favorite meals, food, sauces, type of food, whatever?

1) A nice steak (somtimes with monkeygland sauce)
2)Curry and rice (spicy but not horibly so that you can't taste the food)
3) And for random flavor Zulu Zulu Peri Peri sauce
4) Sea food cooke din a white wine..add some heavy creme, spices throw on top of pasta..wow
5) Well..anything made over a fire
6) Most American chinese foods
7) all kinds of Japanese foods..just not sushi...i hate sushi
***Almost forgot.. PIES lotsa lotsa PIES, meat pies, fruit pies, any kind of pie

For drinks..Appletizer, or Creme-Soda (Not the American kind...South African..it's green and it tastes amazing)

My dad's smoked ribs...smokes all day over apple-wood chips and lathered in maple brown sugar sauce.......i just had some...one of my birthday presents from him....speaking oh which.....you gus forgot! lol

Mexican Food:
1) Tamales
2) Chimichangas
3) Burritos
4) Tacos
5) Tostadas

BBQ (don't be giving me any of that Kansas City BBQ crap, Texas BBQ is where it's at!) :
1) Jalapeno Sausage
2) Ribs
3) Brisket
4) Chicken
5) Regular Sausage

American:
1) Burgers
2) Chicago Dogs
3) Chili Dogs
4) Chili Fries
5) Green Chile Cheeseburgers

Chinese:
1) Sesame Chicken
2) Beef and Brocolli
3) Potstickers
4) Orange Peel Chicken
(that's all I can think of, haha)

Italian:
1) Fettucini Alfredo
2) Spaghetti
3) Ah, to heck with it, basically any pasta, haha

That's just to name a few

Seafood Benedict for the WIN!!
Toasted English muffin, put a poached egg on each half, cover it with Hollandaise sauce, and then put baby shrimp and crab meat over everything. It's my favorite thing to order at the local steakhouse (for breakfast)!

My dad also makes an amazing Carne Asada.
And an amazing shark steak.
And amazing suviche. And enchiladas. And tamales. And minudo...burgers...steaks...pastas... Anything my dad makes will be great any day of the week.

Oddly enough, I'll eat just about anything that walks, but I hate sea food. Don't know why, I just don't like it. As long as I have my red meat, all is well in my world!

Yeah I agree...only fish I like is Salmon, Tuna (steak not the stuff in a can), Swordfish...as for other things from the sea..I eat pretty much anything that doesnt come in a can or has a shell

Agreed I hate seafood. Pretty much the same thing as the rest.
