i was just wondering, in airsoft what are some good melee ideas? because there have been times where me and my friends have been close enough in stealth situations without one of us knowing that it would be perfect for melee, but we aren't gonna hit each other with full metal aegs and not gonna shoo that close quarters. please feel free to share ideas.

there is a thing in the airsoft world known as a "Knife Kill".
you tap them on the shoulder, and they are out.

Personally I don't think that tapping one on the shoulder is good enough. Find yourself some wood and basic wood shop tools (Saw, knife, sander) and make yourself a little wooden (not sharp) knife. Just make sure its not pointy or stabby. You don't want to kill anyone with this.

ya when you are with in a serten distance and can shoot the other opponent with a guaranteed shot you say bang and they willfully call them selfs out.

i think the whole idea of bayonets and melee weapons is dangerous and should be avoided. but, that's just my opinion. i do like kkoeber's idea, though.

Dude I painted a cheap Walmart lightsaber for a police baton and use that. No ones complained about it but I've been looking for a rubberknife.

Yeah my little brother had an army-themed birthday once and we got like three dozen little crappy rubber/plastic knives. I just use those for like slitting throats or back stabbing.

Amazon sells fake practice knives. The edges are very sharp and cannot gut you at all. Plus the tip is dull and you can not be stabbed
