| @slob The actual name is "The Pacific".
@br55 and ilft99 I'm sure you'll be able to find it on the internet before too long. Somebody will record it and put it up on youtube eventually.

| ...I signed up, went to the video, but when I hit play it goes for five seconds then freezes. Rinse and repeat. No sound either. | |

| Wow.
Beautiful.
Spielberg kinda put that psych-artistic twist on this that I like his films for...the way he really focused on emotions rather than just trying to make an all out gory war flick.
Real good. I'd say its right up there alongside the good ol' Band of Brothers. Liked how they brought Tom Hanks back for the narration in the beginning.

| I just watched episode two tonight! Pretty good, better than the first IMO. I was happy because Chesty (my hero) was featured a lot this episode! | |

| Yeah part two really blew my mind, that was a really good installment, I wonderif they'll be able to top it!! I'm willing to bet that part two is the 'Carentan' of this series though | |

| So did I, and what I meant by that is Carentan was obviously the most action-filled installment in B.O.B. , So by that I meant that Pt. Two may have been the most action we'll see | |

| I don't know, I'd expect Iwo Jima, Okinawa, and Pelileu to be the better than Carentan. I mean, they're some of the bloodiest battles of the whole war. Just looked at my "The Pacific: Newsletter", and apparently, part three is just going to be a part where they're on leave in Melbourne. Great. | |

| Thanks for the heads up though Jarhead I agree you're right. I did think of Iwo and Okinawa, but I was thinking "you never know what the directors might focus on", but that seems silly now | |

| Well I don't know..you have the movies on Iwo Jima..so im wondering if there will be much of a focus there...but we will see | |

| I don't know, I'd expect Iwo Jima would have to be good. As a Marine officer said after the battle, "The flag raising on Iwo Jima means a Marine Corps for the next 500 years." Think of that quote, which shows just how bad the battle really was. It's gonna be hard not to have a good episode about Iwo. Oh well, that won't surface until episode eight anyways. @M14 Don't mention it! | |

Being a little prophetic I see. Or just "in the know." Or just guessing. One of those. Caught half of a re-run of episode two on Friday night. Liked it a lot, although I should go try and see episode one first....

| Yeah, I reckon at first it'll be the same price Band of Brothers was when it first came out, but I don't mind.
Part three recorded last night, gonna watch it when I get home tonight.
