| So i just bought an HFC full metal Dark hawk Gas blowback pistol for about 60 bucks. I believe it is an older version (it says completed 2003 on it) Here is my review on it. Came with the gun itself,25-30 rd mag (x2), and a cheap pistol case First time I looked at this gun, i was felt wow, it had the awesome look of both the glock and the usp combined into one. It is a very sleek and sexy looking handgun. The upper glock receiver is a polished silver full metal slide, the bottom USP receiver is a nice black metal. There is also a laser mount on the front which is a nice plus. When i first picked up this gun the weight was amazing (heavier than a full metal 1911) The look and feel of this gun is just amazing. It feels so reliable and solid. The build on this gun is pretty primitive. The safety is a small tab undo the front rail of the pistol, the trigger is fairly bulky, but as most GBB pistols it is very easy to disassemble and clean. I also had the chance to shoot it before i bought it, all I can say is amazing! The kick is perfect, the bb's seem to hit dead on, on my targets. Gas proficiency is absolutely amazing, I emptied a mag of about 20 rounds, and accidentally pulled the trigger again and there was still gas, the kick was still just as strong, and this lasted for about 20 more shots! It seems this pistol does not loose its power as more and more gas is used (in my 1911 power drops after a few shots) After shooting this pistol, I just had to buy it! Overall this gun is absolutely amazing! Considering its age, and the amount of time it hasn't been used (over 1 year) It was totally worth the 60 bucks I paid for it! I give the HFC dark hawk a 10/10, and i bet the newer 2010 models are even better! Pistol new is worth 120 dollars, and the extra mag is 30 bucks! so i saved $70!!! and here is a picture | |

| Doesn't look too bad... If the slide was black I'd like it more | |

| Also I don't think that's a USP lower since it has the disassembly lever things just like a Glock does. So I'm assuming it's an HFC custom lower. | |

| The biggest sell for me on the HFC GBBs is the easily removable orange tip. | |

| the orange tip pulled out smoothly (yes that's what she said) haha yes i realized it was indeed a sigma lower after reading up about it more. the only con about this pistol is that it is the safety lever, its in a strange place, but other than that everything else is great! | |

| yes they are indeed still being manufactured as they aren't actual glocks and don't look exactly like a glock. so there is no trademark issues. HFC is coming out with a new 2010 version soon i believe (the one i have is 2003 edition) | |

| Well, I know it's not an exact Glock replica but hey it looks enough like it, to satisfy some of us (such as me) I would really like to see Glock drop all the BS on saying they can't be manufactured.
Anyways, is it just me or does it seem like companies are trying to kill off airsoft? we lost a JG bar 10 Glock, well I guess the CA M24 but that was a while ago. I think it's either they are trying to get money off more expensive weapons of their's but I don't really know.

| it is indeed a very sexy looking pistol. i don't imagine the trademark issue being resolved anytime soon.... if at all. simply put, H&K doesn't make money from glock airsoft replicas, so there is no need to have them on the market at all, especially when H&K can claim copyright infringment and get a massive settlement, then they are making money | |

| Psst, NN2H, Glock is a seperate company. HK makes the USP, Glock Industries makes the Glock. | |

| haha sorry jarhead. had a brain fart while writing that post (was tired as well) fact still remains glock makes more money out off sueing airsoft companies selling their replicas of glock than by standing by and let all those airsoft companies make money with glock left out of the picture | |

Yeah, personally, I wish Glock would put out their own airsoft Glock, just so we can see if it would hold a candle to the KSCs, KWAs, etc etc. Then, when that falls on its ass, maybe they'll make some sort of contract with KSC.
