| Haha, I missed you SnoSnipe (no homo ) The way my team did it:A few friends from high school started airsofting with each other. Then they started a team and accepted new applicants Then they became more organized (uniforms, fireteams, squad names, callsigns, etc) and started a group for all the teams in the county. Now about 4 different teams are playing together as well as some drifting newbies. Works pretty well if you ask me. --------------------------------------------------- (Now get ready for a story. Feel no obligation to read as it's basically a rant) After the details above, I then I left the host team because "that guy" was too annoying...you know...every team has one, the person who always wants to play Mr. Drill Sergeant...my new team (Brown FOX) is full of multicam wearing Filipinos who have a huge team armory and I like it, there's not really any politics among the team. It's actually pretty funny; about 5 people, including 2 squad leaders, broke off from the original team Arctic Phoenix, who we now call "Arctic Penis", and joined Brown FOX. What kind of name for a Southern California airsoft team is "Arctic Phoenix"? The coldest it gets here in the winter is like 48°F. Oh and by the way, their logo was a modified Pokemon. Yeah, a few guys in the team (college age) still play Pokemon. Also they don't know sh*t about airsoft (except one of them, he's kind of a tech for an airsoft store hehe). And Mr. Drill Sergeant wants to join the marines. He keeps saying that so we're always like, "Okay dude.....then do it. Don't tell us, tell a recruiter" THE END. | |

| That...was....beaufiful! I want to join a team where everyone looks the same, and has the same everything, including names, clothing, gear, guns (and of course, brands)... I think that would work well. Having people too different confuses people and starts competition within the team. | |

| As we said earlier, it won't work out well. You won't be able to survive without merging with another team. | |
