yes, but when you go to checkout there is an option to choose free ground shipping though.

Im pretty sure they use the same UPS tracking they send you

Yep they give you a tracking number so you can track the progress of the package and can do that as well. That's modern day shipping for ya.

Just a tip: don't get too bogged down about a mere 15 day warranty. If you have problems after that, I'd still bet ASGI would be willing to help you out, if not still exchange it. Just from my experiance

ASGI's customer service is very forgiving, they'll generally help ya out if there are any manufacturer defects and you need a replacement (within a reasonable time of purchase).

I must sat while ASGIs customer service is great, the best I've ever seen is AEX.
