Custom Novak 1911

So i've been wanting to make a similar airsoft pistol like the one in WANTED that Angelina used with my own twist on it. I want to get custom engraved grips, but I'm not sure where to get them. Will 1911 grips from a real steel 1911 fit on the NOVAK? Also, what compensator should I get for the pistol. I've picked one out unless someone else can find a closer one to the Wanted one. Here's the one I found.

Also, how should I go about engraving the slide? I just have one thing, I have to be careful with the price. I really don't want to go over $300. Also do you know if this mag will fit in the novak?

That hicapa mag will NOT fit in that 1911. as for the engraving. I would make a stencil and try to paint it on. That looks like it would be really hard to do for someone even experienced with engraving.

ok, thanks. Do you know of any extended mags that will fit? I saw one on redwolfairsoft on another gun, but i can't find it and the gun that has it is sold out. so ya idk what to do

for that kind of 1911, i do not believe there are any extended mags. They only have those for the m9s, glocks, and 1911 hi capa series.

So unfortunately... no

however if you make the simple change from regular 1911 to 1911 hi capa, that will definitely open up your options

real steel grips should be fine seeing as it is for the most part 1:1 with a real 1911
as for the compensator so long as you have a threaded barrel it will be fine. if not there are always adapters out there that you can buy in order to use it
