| I am bulling the bolt all the way out but when i push it back in it slams (well i keep it from slamming i had my hand on it), it seams like the shears are not cheachin from what i have read but i was wondering if that is true. Also I Had just put a new barrel in, so Jim got any ideas. | |

| What does a broken sear look like. My gun may not be catching the spring, or could be broken. Thank youo or the address too. | |

| Mine did this. I simply took out the cylinder, made sure everything was put in correctly and tightened up, lubed properly and re-installed it. What this is is a problem with either your sears or the spring guide stopper. MAKE SURE the spring guide stopper is pushed all the way in.

| Yeah sticks that's the spring guide stopper. If it's not pushed in properly it can pop out under tension meaning either the bolt stays back and can't be pushed in, or what Jman described in his.
It seems most likely that there is a problem with the alignment between the spring guide or piston and the spring guide stopper or piston sear. The trigger sear is largely irrelevant apart from the fact that it houses the piston sear. Make sure that the piston sear springs back when you push it down, if it stays down you're missing a part.

| I would go with sticks solution , but you could also try sending it back o the factory due to it probally being a factory defect , unless you broke it yourself by mistake or otherwise . | |

| What upgrades are in it atm? If you have installed any cylinder upgrades without sear upgrades then the stock sears aren't strong enough to support the extra power in which case it's your own fault and you've voided the warranty so you can't send it back. You need to upgrade the sears anyway if you haven't already done so.

| It is fixed now, I opened the clinder and took it apart and put it back togeather and that seamed to work.
I was putting in a Deepfire barrel when this happened so I might have bumped the clinder. | |

| Ok try sending it back to the store you bought it from, it has to be a defect. If they wont take it back open up your trigger assembly. When you do this make sure all the springs stay where they are. Pay special attention to the spring under the trigger sear. Replace that one even if you don't think its needed. Then try shooting the gun again. Of coarse just try to get a new gun before you try all this . sticks | |

| OK man. The pics don't work for me. If you tell me what upgrades you have in your gun I can hep you out, because if you have an upgraded spring or piston and not an upgraded piston sear then the sear will not be able to withstand the extra tension if it's left stock.
