| Hey man M4's can get some sick range! Drop the bi-pod and add an ACOG or a smaller magnified scope and you have yourself a SDMR if you tune it correctly.

in real-steel, the M16 family is virtually worthless. it is prone to jamming, breaking down, and costly repairs. it is unreliable unless cleaned once or twice a day in tough combat. the AK-47, however... there is a story of an SOG unit in the 'Nam, and they came across a Viet Cong body lying in a rice paddy. upon closer inspection, they noticed there was an AK-47 under the Cong's body, where the body had decomposed and the AK-47 was visible through the body. the SOG, in true American spirit, picked up the rifle, dusted it off a bit, racked a round into the chamber, and pulled the trigger. the rifle fired. woohoo for AK-47s under decomposing bodies! sorry, Hobo, didn't mean to steal your thread, just making a point. | |
