Starting a team...

So, I live in the OC, more specifically in Lake Forest, and I am starting a team with one of my friends.
We would play from Chino(30min), to Pendelton (1hr), to Bellflower (HSP) (1hr), to Riverside CQC (1hr 20 mins) to Airsoft Playground. (1hr 20 mins)
(How far away they are from me)

The first 2 to join will automatically get Officer Ranks.

Interesting, not to join but info on teams, you need training. You need to make sure it has order and always remember its a game, my team kinda screwed up when it became to much liek military and punnishment instead of fun. anyway good luck

Typically you don't start thinking of patches and name until you have more than 2 people

Something that is unique, an example would be the Swedish Drum corps known as "Top Secret." If a group where to be one-of-a-kind, the likelihood of being notorious would increase the legitimacy of said group.

would we have a team uniform etc? what kind of look are we going for? PMC? u.s. military? and so on

Ok, so basically we have no name yet, but we can make one up as we get
more people.
I live in the OC so Im about an hour away from Jericho Pendelton, but
it's a good drive so I don't mind.
Basically we'll meet once a month to run through some maneuvers and
that's it, that is not mandatory though.
So far I'm not sure about what type of camo we should use, and if
someone doesn't have the money to buy new stuff it will be fine.
So, if you have any suggestions on where we could meet that would be
cool, the team field will most likely be Pendelton.
Eventually we will split the team into "classes" ;
Rifleman
Sniper
Support

Do what type of camo do you have?
I'm probably going to base it off the first 2 that join.

Ok one more thing!
We will need a team tech that will handle repairs and gather the
supplies to make repairs.
Each player will reimburse him for the supplies and depending on what
type of repair the repair.
