| Right now i am trying to put together a team. I have 8-10 people who would join already. Does anyone have any advice or tips for me also anything to look out for. Thanks | |

| Keep it simple. Get together, become good friends first, that's important. Then you can really build a strong, FUN team.
That's the most important, key word: FUN. Don't try to be a General Patton; if everybody's not having fun, people will leave and the team is sure to fail. | |

| It's really an important point to keep it simple, like M14 said. "Cool" things like patches, ranks, and whatnot will just complicate things. Play together and have fun. That's the key when you're starting a team. | |

| Yeah, you and I are in the same boat here. My team, Lobo Two-Six MilSim Team, just went active last night. All I'm going to do is make a website, make a recruiting video, and start spreading the word. I'll wait to make all the other crap for when I actually recruit people. That way, there's less stress on me, and the team will be happy because they got a hand in making the team. It's always good to start with morale high and keep it high. | |
