Same here!

All that red meat is one major reason why Americans have so many heart attacks. Best thing to counter that is the Mediterranean diet; lots of fish, rice, and veggies. As for me? I won't touch most Japanese food, especially sushi, but Korean food is really good. Other than that, just good ol' fashioned home-cooked food, and pie or cheesecake whenever possible.

I balance out the red meat, though. Salad every night, good steamed veggies, and plenty of juice and water. For every can of soda I drink, I drink four or five glasses of water. It's good stuff!

I love salad yumm. Gave up soda for lent. (didn't mean to bring relgion into this just saying.) Love most vegtibals, I prefer the frozen ones over canned just don't get them as much because my family prefers canned.

heh were lucky here..couple of farmers markets here were we can buy fresh..I hate canned vegs..they all taste the same o_-

some frozen are good tohers are not..but fresh...mhm..

ah and soup..so many tasty soups

sop is Godd....same as fresh sweet corn right off the stalk (cooked of course)

Yeah love fresh veggies epsically corn LOVE going back to my home state of Iowa.

While everybody's talking about their "ManFood", I figure this is a a great time to let everybody know that a hot plate of Mac N' Cheese is my favorite

MacNcheese is amazing tho..especialy the stuff in the boxes..but yeah I think each time you eat some of it you knock 10 years of your life

And, no lie, I have an EXTREME bowel movement almost exactly 3 hours later everytime....It actually HURTS

Soup is pretty good, nothing better than Louisiana-style chicken and sausage gumbo! Yum!

As far as veggies go, I hate canned veggies, with the exception of Ranch Style Beans. You guys back East may have never had them, but they are the best canned beans ever. If the world ended tomorrow, I'd want to have two or three cases of Ranch Style Beans with me.

I was told by my SMI about three weeks ago that a can of soda dehydrates you so much that for every can you drink, it takes six cups of water to replenish the lost fluid. That's why I never drink soda for the 12 hours before I PT.

My dads chilli, Pulled pork bar b' que. chilli dogs. french fries, tacos, more chilli, anything over fire (baked beans, burgers, dogs, steak) and a good stew pork roast and mashed taters

On the subject of pulled pork BBQ, Dusty's at Creekside, Whistler, BC, Canada is the best. Period.
