| Ok...I am looking for some books dealing with armoured/artillary....fiction/non-fic what ever...Looking for anything you guys would consider good and not some random guy making up stuff.

| One Bullet Away by Nathaniel Fick. I'm reading that right now. Generation Kill by somebody, don't remember atm Jarhead by Anthony Swofford I Am Legend by R. Matheson Heart of Darkness by Joseph Conrad (one of my favorite books) Lord Jim by Joseph Conrad (another of my favorites) Youth by Joseph Conrad (and yet another of my favorites) | |

| Probably not what you're looking for but Harry Turtledove's Worldwar series. It's sci-fi but it's also an alt. history of WWII with aliens (Lizards to be exact) invade during the war. It's not all about armor but two of the characters the book follows is a German Panzer commander and a Lizard tank driver. It's a really good series in my opinion. | |

| Tom Clancy's Endwar. It doesnt have armor, but it's a good world war book | |

| The Rising Tide. I don't remember the author, but it's about the tank battles in north Africa in WW2. | |

| Mke Durant's (pilot that got shot down in Mogadishus) "Night Stalkers", it's about the 160th SOAR SF Helo unit. Truly amazing book, couldn't put it down, A MUST READ. | |

That's a REALLY good one, I got a lot of information on the M1A1 Abrams, BMPs, etc from that. Great book. EndWar....hmm, I have that book somewhere. I swear that another Tom Clancy had some tank stuff in it, but I may be wrong. | |
