Battle for Wyoming: Operation Counter Strike

Well this is a great way to start out the summer. So the team I am planning on joining (C.A.T.S.) is going to attend this op and would like me to go with them, they said they could lend me the few things I need to play (a primary weapon and safety goggles.) They can also give me a ride there. I'm not to sure if any of you guys are interested but heres some information about the event that came off of the Wyoming airsoft site.


Date: May 29th 2010
Location: Guernsey, WY. ARNG MOUT facility
Cost: $15/Person

All player need to meet up with Lex of the Death Dealers at the Sinclair gas station at 0900 so he can lead every one up to the location.

Take I-25 Exit #92 which is SH-26. Follow SH-26 into Guernsey and look for the Gas station.

Please be on time, as we are under a tight schedule for this event. I personally recomend be there 15 minutes early, so we can have an accurate headcount.

All players need to check in with their Commanders of WDY and CLF at the gas station prior to departing for the field.

Best route is through Range Guard 4 and easiest to get to the Site.

Situation: After suffering a stunning defeat due to the capture and execution of their Field Commander. The CLF have vowed to strike back at WDF by any means necessary. Recent intel points to the possible existence of several hundred pounds of VX Nerve Agent under control of a new unnamed Field Commander.
Canadian forces have intercepted several vital pieces of communication concerning Wyoming defenses and plan to exploit the intel.

UPDATE: We will be playing at the Guernsey ARNG MOUT facility. Due to the nature of the facility each player needs to be on his/her best behavior. I expect nothing but the highest standards of conduct from each player.

WDF: ACU, DCU, Dessert MARPAT

Contractors: M.E.R.C. (Invite Only)

CLF=50pts
WDF/M.E.R.C.=100pts

These RULES are set in stone and are in place for your safety and the safety of everyone else on the field.

*Minimum age requirement of 14 for all M.E.R.C. sponsored events.

*Minimum Engagement Distances for ANY weapon regardless of configuration. All velocities are measured with a .20 BB.

*All players are required to have a minimum full sealing safety glasses/goggles

*MILSIM= Military uniforms required, hunting clothing/Civilian clothing not permitted.

*Weather is warming up, you need to have water with you.

I am sure I will be playing on the WDF but I'm not to sure. Do to the team uniform being tiger stripes and me being a new recruit that doesn't have their uniform I'm not sure where I will be put. If possible I will get pictures of the even

Looks like fun! Wish I was going to be there! The next OP here isn't scheduled until August.....

we have this one then another one july 19th that are posted on the site, plus I'm going to work with the team to get a few ops going our selfs.
