| So, my hockey friend Seth was over at my house the other day, poking fun of me for my huge collection of airsoft weapons. I let him him shoot my Thompson and -what do you know- he is hooked. He now has FIVE HUNDRED DOLLARS TO SPEND....any suggestions? P.S.-he likes the look of the G36, but it was just a quick thought...ANY suggestions are appreciated | |

| Thanks everyone for the advice. Especially Alabama Sniper. Uhm, Could you post that link to RedWulf airsoft again? the one for the Tommy? I'm interested and so is he but that link you gave doesn't work on my computer. Oh, and the role he wants to play, for he is a beginner, is a stander infantry/rifleman role. I really want him to get that Garand, but It wouldn't be too great for an infantry. Especially a beginner. | |

| he can't go wrong with the TM G36. It doesn't have the external problems that heir M series guns do and its probably the most reliable mechbox design out there. Heres the site I found awhile back when I was looking for Mosin Nagant replicas: http://www.wwiiguns.com/there the largest WW2 replica retailer I have found yet, they even got alot of new stuff since I looked there last. Look at the bottom of the lefthand toolbar in the 'store' section, youll find some really cool WW2 gear. sticks | |

| But 8mm bbs are hard to find , the shell will leave you having to pick it up off of the ground ( vunerable to snipers and other enemies ) and shove it into your pocket, these guns are resevered mainly for collectors and target shooting competetors . | |

| hm, nice suggestion with the SCAR, A_S. But, keep in mind that he is a beginner and probably will not do anything like upgrading for quite some time....so were sorta looking for something with a little better stock FPS. Oh, and A_S, for some reason, I can't get to Redwolf airsoft...It doesn't matter if I try your link, or use google, ETC. whenever I open it up, my computer just completely freezes. Do you know where else that Tommy is located? | |

| Pyramyd Air has one but it has been discontinued and is not as powerful , look for a new set of grips and a drum mag and mabye you can turn your Cybergun into a Chigcago Model . | |
