The answer is,
The President was, Harry S Truman, he was on board the New Jersey to witness Naval training operations, the Fleet was attempting to locate a Sub, well the Sub commander was better than all the rest, not only was he able to sneak into the Fleets perimeter, when firing a simulated torpedo at the New Jersey, they fired a Live Fish !! Luckily his aim was not as good as his navigation skills, The Torpedo launch was reported and the New Jersey was able to avoid the fish.

Nope....OK ill tell ya. When they were developing the ATLAS missiles they required a way to keep the missiles from rusting or corroding. so they had some scientists make what is now the famous(i think its pretty famous) WD-40 lubricant!! FYI: the 40 in WD-40 is for the fortyieth compound that they made and it worked.

I thought it was the water displacement..... then again that was a stupid thing cramed into my head in the 5th grade
