Thats exactly what I said here I just couldnt communicate it...

If an american businessman was to start an airsoft manufacture company and all the laws and reguirements were meet would they be able to have the same quality and price as the chinese clones?

Maybe not the same price but quality would be far superior. Right now we export a lot of raw materials. IF we had the proper facilities to utilize our resources to make ABS it would be way cheaper. In china they pretty much dump all of the waste in the water system from their plastic plants.

So a lot of our plastics come from china in bulk then are melted down and molded here.

how about we try to find out why the clones were stoped, instead of yelling at each other.

We know why. The chinese government says its illegal to manufacture airsoft guns or even parts of airsoft guns and they are cracking down on it so the major chinese companies are getting shut down. Or so the rumor says

Alright i have done some research and these are the rumors,
That some of the clones did not license the guns they did, for example the AGM gbb m4.
Also on the same web page one guy says that it was only last month because of chinas 60th anniversary.
