| Okay, so me and a couple of my friends are making a team. So let's get to the point I'm trying to make, I really don't have ANY expreiance other then back yard airsoft so I was wondering if any of you other players that have a team that's up and running and more importantly WORKING TOGETHER. Are there any tips any of you others can give me so I can make this team the best I can.
P.S I don't want to spend a lot of money other then for what I need and some others like BB's and stuff.

| Yes, One you need a large woodland field if you want to play that style. If you want to do any kind of CQB you may end up having to install your own ply wood structures or renting out a large building. and i mean cheap rental.
Two, you have the tactics and tips already. the forum
three, devising a way to practice these tactics. I reccomend setting up a calendar and have everyone write their obligations in. then try to work around it.
Four. Part of registering a team is a website requirement I can help or admin.

| Ok start building some airsoft fields , host events and ecourage other friends to start teams , even though you may want them on your team , trust me this will work . Second make an airsoft website for your team , example www.freewebs.com/alabamaairsoft , and then set up some wars on your newly made fields . Charge about ten dollars for entry , and then use the money to build more fields and expand your teams . more people will see how much fun that you are having and make their own teams . Pretty soon they will start hosting their own events and with in mabey the course of a year or so , you have an fully funtunal airsoft community , and it all started with you . | |

| Let some of your friends shoot your airsoft guns , and just as long as they don't break your gun or anything else for that matter it should get them hooked . | |

Like when farmers move their cows around fields so that there grass will grow back. Eventually they return to that spot. They just don't return until the ground is fully recovered and received it's nutrients back. I would say move spots every now and then to keep yourself ready for situations and then come back.

| Were not going to host an event for a while so we have plenty of time (if you haven't got it me and kill are making the team) But we will go to events before we host one just to see what it's like and see if we can do it. | |

| Yeah set a limit for your team , then stop accepting members , might I suggest at least 8 and up to the most 12 , sometimes 15 , but deffinately no more than that . | |
